The Mind Body Institute offers mindful yoga for health and healing, including specialty classes like Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga, Yoga for Bone Health, and Back Care Yoga, as well as Therapeutic Yoga and Beginner Yoga. We also offer Mindfulness Meditation, and Tai Chi. Our excellent instructors are highly qualified and continue to grow with education on anatomy, chronic conditions, specialized yoga certifications, and mindfulness meditation. The Mind Body Institute offers evidence-based services, practiced from the heart, and under the direction of our Medical Director, Rich Panico, MD, including Physician Directed Health Consultations, Acupuncture, Therapeutic Massage, and Psychotherapy.
