The Mindful Body is a holistic health, fitness, and well-being center located in the Pacific Heights neighborhood of San Francisco. We offer a variety of yoga classes (60+ per week taught by over 25 yoga teachers), and inspiring workshops. Additionally, we have a staff of over 50 massage therapists trained in a wide range of therapeutic modalities. Our mission is to provide high-quality instruction, ideas, and resources for self-responsible health in a supportive community with acceptance, care, and laughter. Our tranquil yoga center invites self inquiry and promotes peacefulness through asana, meditation, and massage.
