Whole Yoga Healthcare offers a range of workshops and regularly scheduled classes, from mat pilates to meditative restorative yoga that opens the joints to the powerful cardio/strengthening workout of YRG (Yoga for Regular Guys/Gals) and vinyasa (flow) classes. Our studio is co-located with a holistic chiropractic office. To us, this makes perfect sense for people who want to take control of their own well-being! Whole Chiropractic Healthcare also has two licensed massage therapists on-site, so you can explore a variety of paths to wholeness. You do not have to be a patient of Whole Chiropractic Healthcare to attend yoga or pilates classes at Whole Yoga Healthcare—everyone is welcome!

Qualifications and Memberships:
All instructors are certified; most are RYTs (Registered Yoga Teachers with Yoga Alliance). Dr. Tom Hyland Robertson is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists.
